When you train with a top quality rugby training ball, you get the privilege of exercising the best rugby ball drills. On this page, let us discuss the best ball drills that you can exercise.

Non Stop Drill

This is a passing drill that comes with a quick tempo and a series of quick touches. The players start the drill in 3 points (A,B,C). Once the drill commences, the player in the middle position of position B will keep changing his position in the passing group, so that all the players get into the position turn by turn in this group of trainees.. The drill is all about the ball being passed to player A by any stationary passer. Player A will pass it to Player B who will change the position and pass the ball on to another player, say D, who will take the middle position, left by the earlier player and then pass the ball to player C. The player C will pass the ball to the player A who will start the process all over again. Naturally, when you buy a Ross Faulkner AFL ball, it helps you to master the gripping and passing skills.

The Traffic Drill

In this drill, the players will work in groups of three or more in a 20-metre-wide by 15-metre-long rectangle. The exercise begins with a basic shuttle passing between one or two groups, generating a cross-over in the passing grid’s middle.

By altering the distance between cones, you may begin to build efficient player communication by having them make and receive various types of passes (shoulder, pop, short, medium, long), as well as decrease or lengthen the space between passing groups. Again, when you buy a Ross Faulkner AFL ball online, it will help you master your passing and catching prowess.

So that itself says how important it is to get the best AFL training balls.
